Cantung is a 1,200 tpd underground tungsten mine located approximately 310 km northeast of Watson Lake, Yukon, in the Northwest Territories. As the mine is in a remote location, this is a fly in - fly out, camp operation. The work schedule for this position is 21 - 12 hour shifts on, followed by 21 days off.
